Excellent stabilization performance
The DJI RS 3 Mini provides a three-axis gimbal. It uses the same third-generation RS stabilization algorithm as the RS 3 Pro, which can analyze key camera-lens combinations and generate an adaptive stabilization control algorithm. This algorithm can keep the shot stable and smooth with less camera shake, and can handle different camera and lens combinations and different payload angles to keep the gimbal reliably stable.
Intuitive controls and rich camera movements
The DJI RS 3 Mini is lightweight and comfortable to hold, with an ergonomic front dial for focusing. When attached to the camera’s control cable, you can rotate the front dial to adjust focus, ISO, aperture, shutter and other camera parameters, or control the three-axis movement of the gimbal, enhancing the creative experience for individual creators.

The DJI RS 3 Mini can use built-in smart functions from the DJI Ronin app, such as Panorama, Timelapse and Track, providing more options for flexible shooting and richer visual effects.
Vertical aiming
DJI RS 3 Mini can switch to vertical shooting without additional accessories. Simply attach the standard quick-release plate to the gimbal’s vertical arm to easily switch between horizontal and vertical shooting. Vertical photography makes creating short videos for social media easy.
Bluetooth Switch Control Function:
- Press the camera control button halfway: control autofocus.
- Press the camera control button once: Start/stop recording.
- Press and hold the camera control button: take a photo.
The Bluetooth switch control function supports pairing with conventional mirrorless cameras. After successful pairing, the camera will automatically connect every time it is turned on, allowing users to quickly start shooting.
